- No honking horns, No phone calls whilst on hire. No music / radio unless requested.
- Observe the highway code at all times, be courteous to all drivers. At all times adhere to the road traffic act.
- Do not bring the company into disrepute.
- Always go to meet and greet customers at ALL venues.
- Be aware of the safeguarding of vulnerable groups in our care and in our vicinity, observe, act, report.
- Take pride in what you do, how you do it and where you are. We are representatives of the Borough of Rochdale.
- Work with a smile, a smile will cost nothing.
- Cars must be clean inside and outside at all times, any damages to be reported to the Rank and immediate repair to be made.
