Driver Training/Standards

  1. "The Customer is ALWAYS right"
  2. Dress Code, Shirt, Tie, Trousers and Shoes.
  3. No honking horns, No phone calls whilst on hire. No music / radio unless requested.
  4. Observe the highway code at all times, be courteous to all drivers. At all times adhere to the road traffic act.
  5. Do not bring the company into disrepute.
  6. Always go to meet and greet customers at ALL venues.
  7. Be aware of the safeguarding of vulnerable groups in our care and in our vicinity, observe, act, report.
  8. Take pride in what you do, how you do it and where you are. We are representatives of the Borough of Rochdale.
  9. Work with a smile, a smile will cost nothing.
  10. Cars must be clean inside and outside at all times, any damages to be reported to the Rank and immediate repair to be made.
